The Marshall White Center Weight Room is a fully equipped fitness facility designed to meet the needs of athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and community members of all levels. The gym features a wide range of strength training and cardio equipment, including free weights, resistance machines, squat racks, benches, treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. Whether you're lifting heavy or just getting started, the space supports a variety of workout styles and fitness goals. In addition to the gym, the center includes an indoor walking/running track that offers a convenient space for cardio workouts, warm-ups, or cool-downs, regardless of the weather.


Personal Training Programs

Stronger Together

Stronger together is a members-only 4-week class focused on teaching the basics of how to use equipment and get a good workout in. This is a free program offered with a current membership. 

Personal Training- Pilot Program
A 6-week one-on-one personal training program designed for individuals who are serious about progress and crave a customized approach. This program provides you with a tailored 6-week training plan and one 55-minute training session per week to ensure proper form, accountability, and real-time progress. 
$300 Resident, $390 Non-Resident
