General Information
In most cases, Ogden City maintains the water distribution system up to the water meter. Private water mains, service lines, and meter pits are the responsibility of the property owner.
Water Usage Review
If you are experiencing higher than normal water usage and suspect you might have a leak, contact the Utility Billing office and request a review of your usage history.
Application for Adjustment
Ogden City may, in its sole discretion, grant a credit to a customer's water bill for a leak in the customer's water system. An application for adjustment must be completed and turned in with detailed documentation of the leak and the repair.
